• Other communications related to the event

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

SMS Messaging Program

The Service offers users the option to receive SMS or MMS messages from Abby and Sunny's Engagement Party RSVP.

SMS messages may include:

• RSVP confirmations
• RSVP reminders
• Event reminders

• Schedule or location information
• Changes or updates relating to the event
• Responses to questions or requests
• Other event-related or service-related notifications

Explicit Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Participation in the SMS messaging program is optional.

• Providing your mobile phone number through the RSVP Service; and
• Affirmatively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox presented on the RSVP opt-in page.

The SMS consent checkbox is separate from submission of your RSVP and is not selected by default.

By affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Abby and Sunny's Engagement Party RSVP at the mobile phone number you provide.

Providing your mobile phone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Submitting an RSVP does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Accepting these Terms and Conditions does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

You may submit an RSVP and use the RSVP Service without opting in to SMS communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of submitting an RSVP, attending the event, or otherwise using the RSVP Service.

SMS Consent Records

When you affirmatively opt in to SMS communications, we may maintain records relating to your consent, including the mobile phone number provided, the date and time of your opt-in, the method through which you opted in, and your current SMS subscription status.

These records may be used to administer the SMS program and document your messaging preferences.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

The number of messages you receive may depend on your RSVP status, timing of the event, event updates, and your interactions with the Service.

Messages may include RSVP confirmations, RSVP reminders, event reminders, event information, invite links, scheduling details, location information, and other event-related updates.

Message and Data Rates

We do not separately charge you for participating in the SMS messaging program.

However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier or service provider.

Opting Out of SMS Messages

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time.

To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from the program.

You may also use recognized opt-out commands including:

• STOP
• QUIT
• END
• REVOKE
• OPT OUT
• CANCEL
• UNSUBSCRIBE

After opting out, you may receive one final SMS message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.

You will not receive additional SMS messages from the program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent you from continuing to use the RSVP Service.

SMS Privacy

We respect the privacy of information associated with the SMS messaging program.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information, messaging records, and SMS consent information to service providers that process such information on our behalf solely as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, support, secure, or administer the messaging program.

SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or used to authorize unrelated third-party marketing communications.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not guarantee that every SMS or MMS message will be delivered or received.

Electronic Records

• Submit information through the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to misuse or circumvent the Service's security or messaging features

Availability of the Service

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Website functionality, RSVP functionality, SMS delivery, and other Service features may occasionally be interrupted because of technical issues, maintenance, carrier availability, or circumstances outside our control.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, retained, and disclosed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date above will be updated.
